Terms of Use for Online Service Accounts (example)

1. Introduction

1.1. This agreement (hereinafter referred to as the "Agreement") is a legal document that establishes the terms of use for online service accounts sold by the store.

1.2. The user who purchases an account agrees to the terms of this Agreement. If the user does not agree with the terms, he/she must immediately stop using the account and contact the store for a refund.

2. Use of Accounts

2.1. Accounts sold by the store are personal and cannot be transferred to other users.

2.2. The user agrees not to use the account for any unlawful purposes.

2.3. The user is not allowed to resell the account to third parties.

2.4. The user is not allowed to change the personal information of the account without the store's consent.

3. Obligations of the Store

3.1. The store guarantees that the account will work for 24 hours from the date of purchase.

3.2. In case the account stops working before the end of the 24 hours period, the user may contact the store for a replacement account or a refund.

4. Obligations of the Client

4.1. The client agrees to check the purchased account within 30 minutes from the time of purchase.

4.2. In case the client discovers any defects in the account within this timeframe, he/she may contact the store for a replacement account or a refund.

4.3. If the client does not find any defects in the account within 30 minutes, he/she confirms that the account works correctly and fully satisfies his/her requirements.
